The Organisation

Our client is private, Australian owned business who are at the forefront of their industry. Due to an increased work load, they are seeking a Credit Officer to join their team in this exciting growth phase. This role will be working closely with key customers to ensure the integrity of the debtor's ledger and to maximise the cashflow for the organisation. 
 

Position Description 

Reporting directly into the Transactional Services Manager and working as part of a large team, your daily tasks will include;

• Daily collection calls
• Performing account reconciliations
• Customer maintenance in CRM
• Payment allocations
• Monthly reporting 
• Resolving customer queries 
• Other duties as requested by the Credit Manager
  

Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will have previous experience in credit control, coupled with the following attributes:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Intermediate Excel skills
