Duties
- Own end-to-end email and SMS campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, conversion, retention, and win-back.
- Design and optimise automated customer journeys (welcome flows, abandoned cart, post-purchase, reactivation, and more).
- Use data-driven insights to segment, personalise, and deliver messaging that resonates at every stage of the lifecycle.
- Write and edit compelling copy that converts across both email and SMS channels.
- Test and refine campaigns through A/B experiments on subject lines, creative, CTAs, and layout.
- Analyse performance metrics (deliverability, open rates, CTR, CVR, unsubscribes, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and spam regulations while maintaining best practice list hygiene.
- Collaborate across marketing, content, digital, and analytics teams to keep campaigns aligned and impactful.
Skills and Experience
- 4+ years of CRM and email marketing experience, ideally in eCommerce, DTC, or digital retail.
- Proficiency with platforms such as Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Braze.
- Hands-on experience building and optimising lifecycle and promotional campaigns.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, personalisation, and lead generation.
- Excellent copywriting skills for both short- and long-form content.
- Comfort with HTML/CSS for formatting and troubleshooting.
- Analytical mindset, with experience using GA, BI tools, or CRM dashboards.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Bonus points: experience with SMS and push marketing platforms.
