As a SaaS Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities, with a strong focus on new business acquisition and strategic account growth. Working closely with presales, customer success, and marketing teams, you’ll engage with C-Level Executives and senior business leaders to deliver value-driven SaaS solutions tailored to their needs.
This is a high-impact role with clear growth pathways into senior enterprise sales or leadership for top performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business revenue across the financial services sector, targeting mid-market and enterprise organisations.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and leveraging inbound leads.
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover client challenges, position solutions, and create compelling value propositions.
- Partner with presales and solution consultants to deliver tailored product demonstrations.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close multi-year SaaS contracts.
- Develop and execute account plans to expand wallet share within existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity records in CRM.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Ideal Profile:
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales (financial services experience strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas in mid-market or enterprise sales.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder and solution selling.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives (CFO, CTO, COO, CRO).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with resilience, drive, and a growth mindset.
- Familiarity with financial services processes, compliance, or digital transformation projects is a plus.
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions (OTE $180,000+).
