Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will work across end to end Customer Experience & Journeys, Retention Strategies, CRM and Loyalty programs | ASAP Start
- Assist in setting and implementing a CRM and retention strategy
- Monitor and optimise CRM processes on a continuous basis
- Support the sales division with analytical advice and insights
- Create, analyse and present reports to senior management
- Identify and develop solutions both locally and nationally
- Proficient in Excel, SAP, Microsoft dynamics 365
- 4+ years in similar CRM or retention role ideally in a retail/FMCG environment
- Experience across Marketing automation
- Team player and can-do attitude
