Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement user/customer journeys within Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Set up campaigns and custom segments
- Create associated digital assets and marketing materials
- Produce copy and content for campaigns
- Configure, monitor and optimise campaigns (with support from existing team)
- Provide immediate lift in delivery capability, reduce backlog
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 – Marketing module, particularly:
- Customer Insights
- Journeys and Segmentation
- Campaign configuration and asset creation
- Strong digital marketing background with hands-on delivery capability
- Ability to produce campaign content and copy
- Able to hit the ground running – no time for system training
