We are looking for friendly and professional Customer Service Officer to join a fun customer service team in Moorabbin. You will be helping with inbound calls relating to purchase orders, requests and general enquiries. You will be a strong communicator with a passion for people and team collaboration. Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Answer inbound calls and emails from multiple clients
- Customer retention and dealing with enquiries and requests
- Updating a spreadsheets as well as the CRM
- Providing basic technical support
- General administration duties
- Other ad-hoc tasks as directed
Experience working in a similar Customer Service position, as well as:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service skills
- A good understanding of basic technology and computers
- Enthusiastic, professional and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving
- This is an office based role, however retail and hospitality experience can also be beneficial.
