About the role 

We are looking for friendly and professional Customer Service Officer to join a fun customer service team in Moorabbin. You will be helping with inbound calls relating to purchase orders, requests and general enquiries. You will be a strong communicator with a passion for people and team collaboration. An excellent role that offers hybrid working arrangements. 

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Answer inbound calls and emails from multiple clients 
  • Customer retention and dealing with enquiries and requests 
  • Updating a spreadsheets as well as the CRM
  • Providing basic technical support 
  • General administration duties
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as directed
Skills / Experience

Experience working in a similar Customer Service position, as well as:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service skills
  • A good understanding of basic technology and computers
  • Enthusiastic, professional and proactive approach to work 
  • Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving
  • This is an office based role, however retail and hospitality experience can also be beneficial.
