- Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 4 days in-office / 1 day WFH
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to customer enquiries related to service bookings
- Managing interstate logistics and liaising with contractors
- Processing a high volume of emails (most of communication)
- Entering and maintaining accurate data in Salesforce and internal systems
- Supporting teams across Sales, Operations and Finance to deliver an exceptional customer experience
