We are currently seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Service Representative to join a supportive call centre team in Norwest.

The Role Working within a close-knit team of four and reporting into an experienced and supportive Customer Service Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling through.
You can expect to:
- Handle approx. 30–40 inbound calls per day
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns, following clear processes
- Receive comprehensive training before going live on the phones
- Work closely with your team and manager to deliver a high standard of service
- 3/2 Hybrid Split
- Update records and prepare correspondence in line with company procedures
- Have strong customer service or call centre experience
- Can stay calm, empathetic, and solution-focused under pressure
- Are polished in communication (written and verbal) with a professional presentation
- Thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Have full Australian working rights
