About the Role
Reporting to the genuinely inspiring and caring head of Customer Lifecycle, this is an entirely newly created role where you can truly shape and bring their entire CRM, Loyalty and Lifecycle program to the next level by creating an amazing customer journey. Your objective; use your curiosity, skill and experience to build and re-create their entire customer lifecycle function. It's a greenfields role where you will shape how they engage and delight their customers. With an existing customer base into the millions, this is an entirely new entertainment subscription brand being launched into the Australian market! It's like a start-up but backed by an AMAZingly Massive Brand!

Duties 
  • Build/Re-create/Re-imagine/Overhaul their existing lifecycle function. It's not broken, it's very good actually but this is a new entity so your objective is to make it best in class and you have the budget and systems to make it happen.
  • Achieve key commercial objectives such as revenue, cross-sell/upsell and churn reduction as well as define CRM objectives and roadmap to deliver the CRM, loyalty, Rewards and Lifecycle strategies in line with key marketing and business objectives
  • Analyse data and customer activity maximising commercial opportunities and highlight key areas for review, analysis and improvements
  • Prepare regular reports in order to assess performance against business goals - you are obsessed with continuous improvement with a test and learn methodology tweaking campaigns as required. Basically - You love data and the power of data! Work across email | SMS | In-app and Push Notificiations

Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5-10 years experience in a similar commercially focused CRM/Loyalty/Lifecycle/Rewards/Data Driven Marketing role with strong B2C experience and you could come from retail/airline/telco/media/entertainment/subscription/financial services, health insurance, entertainment but if you are a CRM Loyalty Lifecycle and data-obsessed marketer, we want to hear from you
  • High performance mindset and energy - here you will need both so if you have energy and are goal oriented and obsessed - this could be amazing for you
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build, nurture relationships and influence accordingly
