Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking a passionate, detail-orientated customer service professional to efficiently coordinate orders and manage and resolve customer enquiries.
This role requires an immediate start and is based at their Virginia location. The role will be for an initial 3 month commitment with a strong likelihood for extension.
The Role-
- Process orders and data management using SAP
- Resolve customer issues and case management, for example blocked orders and pricing enquiries
- Coordinate delivery dates for orders
- Be the first point of contact across for enquiries
- Prior customer service experience
- Data entry or administrative experience (SAP experience advantageous)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Monday-Friday role with no weekend work
- Parking available on site
