Role Overview:
 
They are seeking a Customer Service consultant to join their team and drive excellence in customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer complaints, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales teams and customers regarding complaints and delivery issues.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate sales returns and credits, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and general queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Escalate major service issues internally to ensure timely resolution and maintain customer confidence.
Requirements:
  • Industry experience in supply chain ideally within the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels within the organization.
  • Proven decision-making ability and problem-solving skills.
