About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing professional customer support via phone and email
  • Processing orders, enquiries, and customer requests
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and performing data entry

Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
