We are a global supplier in the sports surfacing industry, supporting major sporting events and venues across Australia. With a small, collaborative national team and a growing eCommerce and export operation, we're looking for a Customer Service Administrator with Amazon eCommerce experience to support our backend order processing and fulfilment at our Tullamarine site.
About the role:
This is a hands-on administration role focused on national order processing and eCommerce fulfilment. You'll be the central point for managing orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Minimal time on the phones is required however you will support with occasional overflow.
Key responsibilities:
- Process national purchase orders and coordinate dispatch with the warehouse team
- Manage eCommerce orders via Amazon (essential), Shopify, and ShipStation
- Print and manage packing slips and order documentation
- Monitor the shared inbox and respond to customer enquiries
- Book, track, and follow up freight with external transport providers
- Receipt stock and manage order flow using MYOB
- Liaise with sales, technical, and warehouse teams to ensure order accuracy and completeness
- Provide administrative support for exports, including: Updating import/export registers, tracking containers arriving and departing, preparing packing lists and export documentation using templates.
You're organised, patient, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills. You enjoy working behind the scenes and take pride in keeping systems and processes running smoothly.
You will have:
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon eCommerce orders (essential)
- Experience in customer service, administration, order processing, or eCommerce
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Confidence using MYOB or similar ERP/inventory systems
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- $75,000-$80,000 + super
- Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, Genuine work-life balance
