About the role:
In this varied role, you'll be the central point for managing customer orders, working closely with the sales and warehouse teams as well as external freight providers. This is a true behind-the-scenes coordinator role where your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to follow things up quickly will make a real impact.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Process national purchase orders and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely dispatch
- Monitor the shared inbox, action customer enquiries, and direct phone calls to the right team members
- Book and track transport with external freight providers
- Receipt in stock and manage order flow using MYOB
- Liaise with sales and technical teams to ensure orders are accurate and complete

We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or order processing (B2B preferred)
- Solid attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
- Confidence using MYOB (or similar ERP/inventory system)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build good rapport with both customers and colleagues
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
