An opportunity has become available for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service & Administration Officer to join a busy and supportive team. This role is a key point of contact for customers, providing a high level of service primarily via phone and email. You will act as a “one stop shop” for customer enquiries, ensuring service needs are met or exceeded while building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer calls and emails regarding orders, deliveries, cards, accounts and general enquiries
- Process supply orders and payment requests
- Manage card enquiries, including new card requests and administration
- Provide delivery ETA updates and liaise with Operations and Sales teams
- Maintain accurate customer notes and communications within the CRM system
- Complete general administrative tasks including scanning, inbox management and data updates
- Previous experience in a customer service or call-based support role
- Strong communication skills with a professional and positive phone manner
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- High attention to detail and sound administrative skills
- Confident using CRM and business systems (training provided)
- A team-focused, resilient and customer-first approach
