A National leader in the service industry is seeking professional, experienced and dedicated Customer Service Coordinators to join their team in the inner-city. Due to growth there are multiple roles available as well as temp or permanent opportunities.
The Position
- Manage customer queries via phone and email
- Process customer orders
- Provide product support to customers
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Action service requests
- Report on stock availability
- Organise contractors to complete jobs
- General admin as required by management
The Candidate
- Proven experience in the above duties is essential
- Experience in logistics or freight movement a positive
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders
