Key Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist and resolve customer queries
  • Managing and responding to emails
  • Processing of orders and ensuring all details entered onto internal systems
  • Prepare sales reports and updates for management
  • Order processing
  • Provide sales and Marketing Support
  • Updating and maintaining internal databases
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned by the line manage
 
Skills and Experience
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication attributes
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer service/ administration role
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge and experience with Outlook
