About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This fast-paced, engaging role puts you at the heart of our online operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and supporting internal teams across marketing, sales, and logistics. From responding to enquiries and managing order data, to collaborating with logistics partners and marketing, you’ll play a key role in keeping our ecommerce operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for ecommerce customers, providing timely and professional support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding orders, freight updates, or product information.
  • Accurately enter and update customer and order data in ecommerce and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to track deliveries and resolve order or shipping issues.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and provide actionable feedback to improve processes.
  • Support the marketing team by highlighting content gaps or common product questions.
  • Assist with general ecommerce operations, including website updates, stock checks, and reporting.
  • Maintain high service standards and contribute to continuous improvement of online processes.
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within ecommerce or retail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Confident using online platforms, CRM systems, and order management tools.
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Basic understanding of ecommerce processes and customer experience best practices.
