About the Role:

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated and detail-focused Customer Service Representative to join their thriving team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role sitting at the heart of both the customer service and admin functions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly supporting major client accounts, managing quotes and orders, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating closely with internal teams. If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and being a critical part of the client experience, this role offers the perfect blend of administration, coordination, and relationship support.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of valued clients, building strong ongoing relationships
• Provide administrative and processing support across Sales and Customer Service teams
• Manage quote, proof, and order requests with a high level of accuracy
• Maintain up-to-date records, including customer requests, job files, and order tracking
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet key deadlines and client expectations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar support role
• Experience within manufacturing or FMCG environments highly regarded
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning internal systems
• Customer-focused, team-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
