Key Responsibilities:

- Providing accurate information and support to customers
- Processing customer orders, invoices, and related documentation
- Coordinating special requests or orders when required
- Supporting stock control and internal processes
- Assisting with order dispatch and logistics coordination
- Performing general administrative duties to support the team
About You:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with internal systems (e.g. CRM or ERP) is advantageous but not essential
