This part-time temporary role (around 20 hours per week) is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of day-to-day operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for online customers, ensuring they have a smooth, positive experience from enquiry to delivery. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver friendly, timely support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Keep customers updated on orders and product details.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records across ecommerce and CRM systems.
  • Liaise with logistics partners to track shipments and solve delivery or order issues.
  • Assist with ecommerce tasks such as stock checks, basic website updates, and reporting.
  • Uphold strong service standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous customer service experience, ecommerce or retail experience highly regarded.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Comfortable using online platforms, CRM systems, and order management tools.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to juggle priorities.
  • Basic understanding of ecommerce workflows and customer experience best practice.
