A National leader in the service industry is seeking a professional, experienced and dedicated Customer Service Representative and Administrator to join their team in their Melbourne locations. Due to rapid company growth there are multiple roles available for Permanent and Temporary positions. 
The Position

  • Manage customer queries via phone and email
  • Process customer orders
  • Provide product support to customers
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Action service requests
  • Report on stock availability
  • Organise contractors to complete jobs
  • General admin as required by management
  • Other ad hoc duties as per direction 
The Candidate
  • Proven experience in the above duties or similar roles is desirable 
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing and service industries is advantageous
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using internal systems 
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders
  • Must be immediately available
