We are currently seeking Business Support professionals for multiple temporary, contract and permanent positions across Melbourne CBD and South-East suburbs. The ideal individuals will have great interpersonal skills and will be keen to learn and develop their knowledge.

Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Administrators who are multi-skilled. Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to;
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Answering high volume calls and emails
  • Updating and maintaining internal databases
  • Extensive data entry
  • Filing, printing and scanning
  • Collaborate and contribute to team success
  • Book and coordinating meetings
  • Other ad hoc duties as per directed 
Skills / Experience
  • Experience working in a Customer Service/Administration role is essential
  • Computer literate (Excel, MS office suite & internet)
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
  • Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
  • Discretion in relation to confidential information
  • Good written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
