Australian owned Distribution business based in Alexandria surrounds is seeking an experienced Customer Service/ Order Entry Officer to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis commencing immediately.
The Role
- Manage customer enquiries received via phone and email
- Process orders through the ERP system
- Generate customer quotes tailored to individual needs
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Organise the delivery of products and provide ETA’s
- Database management
- Previous end to end Customer Service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask
- Fast and accurate data entry speed
- Experience using ERP systems such as Pronto or SAP is a must
- Close to public transport
- Mon – Fri no weekend week
