- Process orders and provide quotes
- Record customer interaction using CRM
- Handle customer complaints

- Follow up potential new orders
- At least 1 years experience as a Customer Service Representative within a high volume call centre environment (80-100 calls per day)
- Experience working within a food services call centre environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Fast and accurate data entry speed
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organised, professional and ability to multi-task
