An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing cyber security SaaS start-up that’s experiencing strong customer momentum across the market.

This is a chance to step into a foundational CSM role, helping shape the customer function from the ground up while working with a highly technical, mission-driven product in a genuinely exciting space.

The business is a successful cyber security SaaS start-up that has seen significant growth and has huge plans for 2026. With increasing demand and a growing client base, they’re now building out their founding Customer Success team to ensure customers are supported, retained and expanding long term.

The Role – Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring they achieve real value from the platform.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Owning post-sales relationships and driving long-term customer success
  • Onboarding new customers and supporting adoption of the product
  • Acting as the voice of the customer internally
  • Identifying expansion and renewal opportunities
  • Working closely with Sales, Product and Engineering teams in a start-up environment
About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring experience within the cyber security / IT SaaS ecosystem, such as:
    • CSM experience within cyber security or penetration testing directly
    • IT or SaaS recruitment specifically focused on cyber / security markets
  • A genuine interest in the cyber security and technology landscape
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Comfort working in a start-up, fast-paced environment where things evolve quickly
  • A proactive, curious and customer-first mindset
