With increasing demand and a growing client base, they’re now building out their founding Customer Success team to ensure customers are supported, retained and expanding long term.

The Role – Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring they achieve real value from the platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning post-sales relationships and driving long-term customer success
- Onboarding new customers and supporting adoption of the product
- Acting as the voice of the customer internally
- Identifying expansion and renewal opportunities
- Working closely with Sales, Product and Engineering teams in a start-up environment
To be successful in this role, you will bring experience within the cyber security / IT SaaS ecosystem, such as:
- CSM experience within cyber security or penetration testing directly
- IT or SaaS recruitment specifically focused on cyber / security markets
- A genuine interest in the cyber security and technology landscape
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfort working in a start-up, fast-paced environment where things evolve quickly
- A proactive, curious and customer-first mindset
- $125,000 base + Super + Bonus
