The Opportunity
This role sits within the Foodservice division, working closely alongside trading, distribution and sales teams to deliver excellent customer service, retention and growth across valued accounts.
You won’t be sitting behind a desk - this is a highly customer-facing, relationship-led role where success comes from being on the road, building trust, and driving pull-through demand.
Package:
$100,000-$120,000 base + super
$15,000 Car Allowance
Fuel Card
10% discretionary annual bonus
You will:
- Manage and grow the QLD portfolio, working closely with foodservice distributors and their sales teams
- Conduct ride-alongs with reps and build rapport at branch level through lots of face-to-face time.
- Be a product offering expert,
- Present to end users and corporate customers to support tender pitches and new customer wins
- Use sales and margin data to identify growth opportunities and achieve personal & team targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement and finance

Experience in a customer facing role within Foodservice or Distribution is ideal, but a key focus is placed on attitude, humility, and hunger over industry experience.
You might be:
- A junior-to-mid level Account Manager in foodservice, food distribution, FMCG, or any other industry.
- Experienced within chilled/frozen categories
- Someone who enjoys being on the road and in front of customers
- A relationship builder who earns trust quickly
- Motivated, coachable and commercially curious
- 2+ years’ experience in sales/account management
- Strong track record of achieving sales / margin related targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills, confident client facing
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Ability to travel throughout Queensland and working autonomously.
