An international FMCG business are seeking a Customer Supply Planner to join their Australian team. This role plays a key part in ensuring product is available in the right place, at the right time, to meet customer demand while managing inventory accuracy and minimising write-offs.

About the Role
This is a key supply chain role with direct responsibility for managing vendor replenishment planning for Coles, and acting as the primary supply chain contact for major retailers and 3PL providers. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, international planning teams, and external partners to ensure service levels and stock accuracy are maintained.

  • Manage inventory control, including inbound scheduling, stock reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Act as the primary contact for Coles, as well as independent retailers.
  • Liaise with 3PL and freight providers on daily operations – order fulfilment, late loads, shortages, and exceptions.
  • Ensure smooth movement of imported stock via freight forwarders and customs, minimising demurrage costs.
  • Support product launches and maintain master data across multiple systems.
  • Provide reporting and KPI tracking to drive effective decision making across commercial and demand teams.

About You
We’re seeking a proactive and detail oriented supply chain professional. You’ll be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and influencing decisions in a FMCG environment.

You will have:
  • Experience in supply chain, planning, or replenishment (FMCG or retail preferred).
  • Excellent Excel skills and comfort working with multiple systems.
  • Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Great communication skills with the ability to influence cross functionally.

Why Join?
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a broad and impactful role within a global business. You’ll get training, gain exposure to both domestic and international supply chain operations, work closely with senior stakeholders, and play a key part in delivering great service outcomes to Australia’s biggest retailers.

The company offers flexibility above the norm, with the ability to work from home more often than in the office if that suits your working style.
