What You’ll Do

As a Data Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy. Your core focus will be to:
  • Build, manage, and maintain visually compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Dive into data to uncover trends, outliers, and business opportunities that help shape strategic decisions.
  • Support data science and machine learning projects by preparing and validating key datasets.
  • Respond to data requests from end users via the service desk, translating stakeholder needs into technical requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance compliance across all reporting outputs.
  • Collaborate closely with data stewards, analysts, and engineers to improve platform functionality and fix bugs.
Your Experience

We’re looking for a highly analytical problem-solver with a strong foundation in data analysis and reporting. You’ll ideally bring:

Essential
  • A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field, or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a knack for identifying patterns and insights.
  • Clear and confident communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive independently while contributing to team-driven projects.
Desirable
  • Hands-on experience supporting data science or advanced analytics initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Databricks or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and enterprise data architecture principles.
