Our client is a leader in custom home building in Melbourne & has an excellent brand in the market. Due to growth a position for a production estimator has become available working out of their Mulgrave Office. An excellent opportunity for a Development estimator to join a leading builder & work in a stable role. 

The role 

• Proficiency in AX or similar estimating software
• Maintaining Database items, prices, margin
• Creating BOQ’s for new standard homes and new retail option BOQ’s
• Creating and maintaining Display quotes for show homes.
• Assisting other departments with questions and queries.
• Working in conjunction the Development Draftsperson under the supervision of the Development Manager

About you

• 2 years min experience in residential estimating 
• Strong communication & written skills 
• Comfortable working autonomously or within a team
