Our client is a privately held Development Group who are continuing to grow rapidly and are currently in the market for a Development Manager to bolster their team in light of growth. 

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a key strategic contributor to Victorian business operations. You will be accountable for managing the full lifecycle of allocated development projects including management of the financial feasibilities, budget/cost management/reporting, project planning/delivery, stakeholder engagement and management, achievement of sales/revenue targets as well as risk and compliance management.
  
Our client is looking for a Development Manager with a solid track record in residential land development from feasibility through to completion. It is expected that you will be proficient in Estate Master and will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in end to end development management, ideally land sub-division. 
  
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an exciting and close knit development team and have great project autonomy within group who can offer an ongoing pipeline of diverse projects. The position will be based in the city and will pay an attractive salary package up t $170k pending experience.
