Key Responsibilities:
• Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for various company projects
- Automate deployment, scaling, and management processes using tools like Github Actions,
CircleCI, or similar
• System Administration & Cloud Management:
- Manage cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., GCP, Kubernetes) to ensure optimal performance and security
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with development teams to integrate new software and system improvements
- Provide technical support and expertise on DevOps best practices
• Security & Compliance:
- Ensure infrastructure security compliance with industry standards
- Implement security measures for safeguarding systems and data
• Automation & Optimisation:
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency
- Optimise system configurations for improved performance and cost-effectiveness
Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Industry experience in the financial or cryptocurrency space
- Strong experience with cloud services (Google Cloud preferred) and containerisation technologies such as Kubernetes (essential)
- Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (essential)
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Familiarity with Terraform (essential)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
