About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director the role of Digital Advisor is to plan, develop and manage a portfolio of clients' digital strategies to improve their web presence and achieve their digital marketing goals.

The role requires a strategic approach combined with showcasing the BI platform and working with their clients to ensure growth for their business. The Digital Advisor partners with clients that match with our capabilities and aspirations, along with strong consideration around unique client objectives and guide in the complete digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day relationships
  • Interpret, analyze and present platform data to make informed recommendations in recurring meetings with clients
  • Focus on long term strategic plans with clients by developing and executing digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives
  • Consult on client operational efficiencies by reviewing business challenges and lead handling systems and map solutions ensuring they are maximising their ability to handle sales enquiries
  • Develop and deliver client reports and presentations that showcase campaign results and insights via the business' platform
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and grow existing accounts by increasing retainers and/or pitching new products and enhancements
  • Devise and pitch complex multi channel digital media strategies, along with market insights and media plans, to illustrate our end to end marketing solutions
  • Identifying new opportunities to add to our existing portfolio of clients through word of mouth, referrals, inbound enquiries and networking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution

  • 4+ years in client management, sales and servicing role
  • 4+ years industry experience in digital marketing and or BI sales
  • Proven ability to drive buy-in for strategies through sharing digital marketing recommendations, best practices, market trends, and supporting with quantifiable data
  • Proven track record of creating and explaining digital strategies across multiple industries
  • High level presentation skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing & eCommerce and analytics landscape
  • Self-starter with experience working with multiple stakeholders to achieve positive results
  • Strong presentation skills, professionalism and business acumen
  • Experience in comprehending and delivering ROI/ Business Case
