The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and located at our Sydney office, the Brand and Digital Content Manager is critical to ensuring all brand communications align with the positioning, target market and business goals. This is an exciting role if you're passionate about retail fashion and bringing brands to life on digital and social platforms.

You'll have the responsibility of planning and generating social media content for all channels with best-in-class ideas and campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Research; Undertaking consumer research to gain stronger insights on target markets and consumer behaviors.
  • Brand Style Guides; Developing, refining and maintaining brand style guides and templates. Managing brand and digital assets to ensure information is current across all marcoms.
  • Product Launches; Liaising with internal stakeholders to coordinate the new product introduction schedule. Securing samples and managing studio photography for websites and sale flyers.
  • Collaborating with global licensed brand teams to access brand assets. Generating branded product and marketing materials including product specification sheets, POS, brochures and imagery for print an online initiatives.
  • Developing integrated seasonal launch campaigns for new brand collections across print, websites, EDM, social media, SEM and display advertising campaigns
  • Marketing Calendar & Content Generation; Driving the marketing content calendar for designated brands to support new product launches and stimulate sales. Leading development of content strategies and pillars for EDM’s and social platforms.
  • Publishing, posting and moderation of comments on social platforms. Overseeing the procurement of talent for photoshoots and user generated content.
  • Coordinating production of photoshoots, video production with agencies and content creators.
  •  Managing copywriting across all marcoms. Coordinating supplier brand promotions.
  • Public Relations; Maintaining relationships agencies and publishers to gain coverage for seasonal and product launches.
  • Preparing and distributing PR releases to generate brand exposure and improve SEO rankings.
  • Partnerships; Overseeing sponsorships and partnerships to maximise brand exposure. Identifying and managing brand collaborations and influencers.

Who we're seeking:

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in marketing with a minimum 3-5 years brand/content/social management experience and be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A successful track record in brand management, preferably within fashion or retail industry
  • Strong understanding of digital and social marketing.
  • History of leading content development for brands with a focus on photoshoots and video production.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
