Purpose

The E-commerce Executive, supported by the Senior Digital Business Manager is responsible for driving the growth of the online business through the day to day management of brand websites for the brands in their portfolio. This will be achieved by working collaboratively with the Brand Marketing Managers, CRM and Creative Teams.  You should be entrepreneurial at heart, an innovator always looking to grow your brands online business.

Responsibilities: 
  • Manage the Production of all Digital Assets for Campaigns & ‘Always-on’ Programs on website - Work with the Senior DBM, Brand, CRM & Creative Teams to manage the execution of product and campaign launch activity on the brands website. Ensure content is received within set timelines in order to execute on the brands website.
  • Content Management of Websites, Setup Promotions & Manage Changes / Improvements Through with Digital Producer & Developers - You are the brand website content owner responsible for ongoing daily monitor availability of stock and making sure Category pages are merchandised and promoting products that are: Most Viewed, Seasonally Relevant, Highest Rated, Requiring Higher Visibility. Provide digital insights to inform the brand of strategic approach required based on analytical data. Check Ratings & Reviews dashboard weekly and manage the escalation of reviews for response to Brand Team. Create Promo Codes, Upload Banners, Customise Landing Pages, site search, sorting rules, SEO tagging etc to support campaigns.
  • End to end campaign operations support of Senior DBM - Work with the Senior DBM to support any requirements for digital agencies to ensure channels of activation of activity across Google Ads/Shopping, Facebook/Instagram Advertising, Affiliate campaigns. Collaborate with CRM/Creative team on EDM planning and execution.
  • Email Marketing - Help with day to day implementation of email marketing campaigns. From briefing, to testing to scheduling the emails.
  • Understand customer audiences for respective brands to market to - Be the brand ambassador. Understand the overall Global Brand Positioning, general Marketing Activities, Competitors & Challenges. Understand the audience and the key segments for each Brand. Apply this understanding to daily work. Support the Senior DBM to help educate Brand Marketing Manager to drive digital activities around their marketing calendar. 
  • Build Effective Relationships with Key Internal & External Stakeholders - Be proactive in learning about the Brand and the Products from the Brand Teams and Planning Team. Understand the business processes including: Planning & Buying, Product Article Creation, Fulfillment of Orders, Customer Service, etc. Form good working relationships that drive positive outcomes for the business.
  • Reporting - Run performance reporting: Google Analytics, Digital Agencies dashboards and digital SaaS tools. Suggesting applied learnings around UX/UI and CRO to address problem areas on the website with suggested improvements and enhanced brand experiences. 
  • Customer Service -  Work with Customer Service team to understand consumer feedback and identify areas to address on your brands website or opportunities that may present themselves.

- Strong website content and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud an advantage
- Google Analytics experience
- University Degree or similar Tertiary Level education
- Marketing qualification either from tertiary education or part time course
