About the Role:
Based in CBD this role is fundamental in the ongoing digital transformation of our company across Australia and beyond. The responsibility of this role is to ensure the effective coordination of digital platforms of our brands including but not limited to; EDMs, Booking Engine, SEO, Google Analytics. Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Digital Marketing Coordinator role will play a critical role in shaping a remarkable guest experience through multiple digital channels. The role will need to work collaboratively with all internal and external key stakeholders to ensure growth, innovation and KPIs are met and exceeded.
  

Job Description:

  • Live and breathe all things digital to deliver a remarkable guest experience
  • Delivery of an amazing online experience (website and eCommerce)
  • Coordinating various digital projects in partnership with teams across the business
  • Partner with key internal and external stakeholders on key digital deliverables and ensure compliance and consistency is applied based on guidelines.
  • Driving website and eCommerce enhancements by working closely with a portfolio of digital vendors
  • Delivery of Marketing Automation and tactical campaign programs
  • Manage marketing software including eDMs, Google Analytics, SEO
  • Effectively optimising and evolving customer lifecycle programs and email/SMS campaigns
  • Segmentation and optimisation of customer data to power decision making
  • Providing ongoing support and coordination to all digital campaigns and the wider marketing team
  • Project management of adhoc digital projects
  • Monitor and analyse digital campaign results against KPI’s and prepare reports, share insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and developments to ensure best practice is always applied
  • Pushing the remarkable factor and building on the status-quo!
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience using CMS Platforms and managing website ecosystems
  • Experience using Marketing Automation systems (Responsys a bonus)
  • Experience and knowledge of eCommerce and hands-on implementation
  • An understanding of digital marketing across key channels including paid search, SEO, display, media, EDM, social and how all these areas make-up the wider digital ecosystem
  • Experience using Google Analytics
  • Experience using Google Tag Manager (bonus!)
  • Understanding of iOS Mobile Applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to explain technical jargon simply
  • Ability to prioritise competing tasks and multi-task
