The newly created Marketing Executive role will enable you to play an an instrumental role in marketing a product which is is disrupting the construction industry.

Our client is looking for a marketing generalist who is interested in the whole customer journey and the chance to shape the role they want. You will be responsible for working across most functions in our marketing team. You will have a strong understanding of digital advertising, email and social channels, very strong communication and brand development skills as well as the ability to support our growth marketing strategy and use CRM tools. You will be able to work closely with other teams, in particular our Product and Customer Success teams.

Our Growth Marketing team is small, very experienced, highly-aligned and able to deliver at pace. You will have the opportunity to work across all areas of this team from brand, acquisition, retention and partnerships. We work with agencies and other specialists to augment any gaps in our skills.

You’ll have support from the team but you’ll need to be hands on when executing work and using marketing or product tools.

On a daily basis, you will be working across :
- Delivering campaigns and strategies to improve acquisition and conversion of new customers
- You will work with our Product Team to develop lifecycle marketing initiatives for new and existing initiatives.
- You will coordinate campaign and asset requirements with the Product and Customer Success teams
- Communicating our brand story and why we are different to a range of different audiences, working with the CEO
- Working with partners to build our brand and customer acquisition opportunities
- You will understand new product features and how we can best commercialise these with our target audience
- You will conduct research to better understand our customers
- You’ll be responsible for campaign execution, reporting and tracking budget.
- You’ll influence the way marketing is done across the business, there is no micro-managing here.
