About the Role:

You’ll shape how millions of customers discover, engage with, and shop with our client across Australia, New Zealand & Singapore. Working and partnering closely with Marketing, Creative, CRM, E-commerce teams, and our media agency, you’ll craft and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, consideration, and sales across online.
  
You’ll manage the advertising budget, guide agency performance, and lead full-funnel campaigns that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned to brand objectives, trading priorities and market opportunities.
  • Own performance measurement and accountability, using data and insights to continuously optimise activity and maximise ROI.
  • Partner with Marketing, Content and Creative teams to brief and deliver thumb-stopping, on-brand creative across paid media channels, supporting both campaign launches and always-on performance.
  • Lead annual, monthly and weekly digital budget forecasting, investment planning and spend allocation.
  • Optimise always-on and tactical campaigns through structured testing frameworks and performance learnings
  • Translate digital signals (Google Trends, Meta insights, competitor activity, etc.) into actionable recommendations that inform broader business strategy.
  • Oversee paid media channels via our agency — including Meta, Google (Search, Shopping & PMax) and Affiliates — ensuring performance targets and growth objectives are achieved.
  • Manage agency partnerships end-to-end, including KPI setting, peak trading planning, performance reviews and accountability.


Key Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Understanding of performance marketing, marketing strategy, customer acquisition
  • Proficiency in media platforms, with the ability to dive into the details.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta ads, Google Pmax/ Google Shopping TikTok, third-party remarketing, product feeds, Google Analytics, and Affiliate marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze digital performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CVR, CTR, etc.) to drive strategic decisions.
