With a strong presence across Australia, our client is a genuine leader in their industry sector. An opportunity now exists for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing marketing division.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Digital Marketing Specialist will use data-driven marketing to make key decisions for optimising lead generation and maximising conversion across digital channels. Additionally, you will be involved in creating, optimising, analysing and reporting on performance media activities across search, display, video, social and any emerging formats.
Responsibilities
- Proven experience in digital marketing with hands-on experience working on complex, performance-focused marketing campaigns across Paid Search, SEO & Social
- Creation and management of SEM, SEO & Social projects and managing their full campaign life cycle
- Manage website user journeys using digital best practice;
- Review, analyse and recommend website and landing page enhancements so they are optimised for search to maximise conversions;
- Convert analytics insights and data into actionable improvements;
- Working with digital agencies to continuously optimise our performance activity (paid search, paid social, affiliates).
- Previous experience in a similar role within a digital agency or client-side;
- In depth knowledge of digital marketing channels most notably SEM, SEO & Social
- Good understanding of Google Analytics AdWords and other digital platforms to maximize marketing strategy and tactics;
- Good commercial acumen – have a deep understanding of where performance media fits within the larger business objectives and strategy;
- Understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques;
- Strong communicator and self-starter who is performance-driven and wants to continue their professional development.
