The Digital Marketing Specialist Role is responsible for building the digital customer base and ensuring digital content is up-to-date, relevant and compelling.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute campaigns to encourage downloads of the app and increase sign-up’s
- Develop strategies to increase traffic to the website (both organic and paid).
- Continually refine website content, guided by analytics, to increase traffic conversion of sign-ups and sales.
- Work with the Social Media Manager and Media Agency to develop digital media acquisition and prospecting campaigns.
- Manage website content to ensure high search engine visibility.
- Maintain product content for the App & Web Menu to align with Marketing Calendar changes
- Interpret data in Google Analytics and effectively communicate insights to Digital Marketing team to assist in optimising the site.
- Weekly reporting of downloads, sign-ups and campaign performance
- 2+ years in a Digital Marketing or Ecommerce position
- Strong experience working within CMS system
- Experience using Google Analytics
- Good experience withing CRM Marketing Automation systems
- Experience with Social Media marketing across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook
