- Live and breathe all things digital to deliver a remarkable guest experience
- Manage the Digital Team to deliver day to day digital BAU and projects
- Partner with key internal stakeholders on key digital deliverables and strategy
- Own the amazing online experience (website and ecommerce), ultimately increasing online sales, traffic and conversion
- Lead key digital channels including Search, SEO, display, media, EDM, mobile apps, and define how they contribute to the wider digital ecosystem
- Project management of new developments and /or enhancements
- Effectively optimising and evolving customer lifecycle programs including email/SMS campaigns
- Deliver sophisticated reporting and analysis of key digital metrics and channels
- Pushing the remarkable factor and building on the status-quo!
- Must Eat, Sleep and Dream in Digital!
- Must be passionate about the digital guest journey.
- Must have excellent stakeholder management experience
- Must have relevant experience in digital marketing systems and applications such as: CRM, marketing automation, mobile apps, website CMS and other similar systems
- Must have good organisation and communication skills
- Must have the ability to multi-task and juggle various projects at one time
