If you are a disputes lawyer at Associate level that is looking for a fast paced and challenging environment then this is an opportunity you will need to consider. In this role you will be involved in:

• Contractual disputes 
• Misleading and deceptive conduct
• Professional Indemnity 
• Shareholder Disputes
• IP Disputes 

You will have at least 3 years of dispute resolution experience. You will have a strong technical skill set. Excellent drafting and negotiating skills and you will have strong analytical skills.
