If you are an Associate level disputes lawyer who has a broad litigation background and are looking for a fast paced and challenging boutique firm then this is an opportunity you will need to consider. In this role you will be involved in:

• Contractual disputes 
• Misleading and deceptive conduct
• Professional Indemnity 
• Shareholder Disputes
• IP Disputes 

You will have at least 3 years of Dispute Resolution experience. You will also have a strong technical skill set. Excellent drafting and negotiating skills and you will take a can do attitude.
