Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive diary management for the President and Senior Vice Presidents.
- Coordinate international and national travel and itineraries
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations and correspondence to a high standard.
- Provide support to broader leadership teams as required.
- Minute-taking and action-tracking as required.
- Upload and code invoices; reconcile monthly AMEX and cash expenses.
- Support internal events including Christmas parties, leadership offsites and social functions.
