About the Role
Reporting to and supporting the CEO, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support, ensuring the smooth and professional operation of the executive office. This is an immediate start temporary opportunity, offering circa $60.00 per hour + superannuation, with strong potential for permanency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level support to the CEO
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, briefing papers, agendas, and confidential documentation
- Coordinate board and committee meetings, including minute-taking
- Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
To be successful, you will have:
- Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting a CEO or senior executive
- Experience within the education sector
- Strong preference for experience in Catholic schools or Catholic education environments
- Understanding of Catholic education structures and governance
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism
- Availability to commence immediately or at short notice
