About the Role:
Reporting to the Group Head of Digital, this role is perfect for a passionate, eCommerce professional who is looking to become an integral part of the team and contribute to the digital marketing and brand awareness strategy across the business.
This role will suit someone who is looking to step up into an eCommerce Manage role or someone who wants to develop their experience at this level within an organisation that provide first class training and development. Also open to candidates looking to make the transition from agency side to client side.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of each brand website content management system
- Check the website daily to monitor availability of stock and make sure Category pages are promoting products accordingly
- Provide digital insights to inform the brand of strategic approach required based on analytical data
- Create Promo Codes, Upload Banners, Customise Landing Pages to support campaigns
- Work with digital agencies to ensure channels of activation of activity across areas such as Programmatic and Social
- Managing the customer journey and back end of the online store (CMS) including product updates and uploads, promotional/ campaign management, content pages, blogs and customer facing information;
- Working with all internal and external stakeholders on key website strategy development to grow the effectiveness of the store, managing the rollout of website updates.
Key Skills Required:
- 3+ years previous experience in an eCommerce role, most favourably within a retail environment or agency environment
- Solid understanding of eCommerce metrics and analytics data;
- Ability to draw insights and make recommendations and implement changes to online store to maximise sales, conversion rate, average order value;
- A positive, collaborative and solutions-focused attitude.
