Sharp and Carter have partnered with a trusted WA ERP software organisation to recruit a proactive ERP Implementation Consultant. Lead end-to-end delivery of our clients specialised ERP & BI Solution. In this role you will be part of a close-knit team, delivering the implementation, support and delivery, translating complex operational and financial requirements.

This role suits someone who is comfortable providing technical leadership across deployments, troubleshooting and data migration.

Requirements
  • Proven experience implementing ERP systems in a consulting or product environment
  • Strong understanding of ERP finance and operations modules (GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Inventory, Job Costing, Maintenance)
  • Excellent requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience running UAT and delivering user training
  • Ability to translate complex operational needs into practical system solutions
  • Background in mining, resources, or asset-intensive industries
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with clients

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead full-cycle ERP implementations across finance, procurement, inventory, maintenance, job costing, and reporting
  • Run requirements workshops with finance, warehouse, maintenance, and site stakeholders
  • Translate business workflows into functional system designs and configurations
  • Configure ERP modules including approvals, tolerances, vendors, RFQs, stock requests, and workflows
  • Develop functional specifications, UAT scripts, deployment plans, and training materials
  • Lead UAT cycles, user training sessions, and post-go-live stabilisation
  • Support clients with reporting, reconciliations, and month-end / year-end processes
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to client stakeholders
  • Build trusted, long-term client relationships through proactive engagement
