Overview

Speaker acquisition & research and event planning for our customer-centric events across the APAC region.

Responsibilities
  • Research with senior leaders over the phone & in person
  • Write strategic agendas focusing on the core challenges faced by these business leaders and set events accordingly
  • Speaker acquisition & relationship building
  • End-to end project management of Summits in the portfolio
  • Help deliver content and customer-centric events on-site
  • Communicate effectively with internal & external stakeholders
  • Looking after the Data, AI, and Tech portfolio.
  • Suits someone commercially savvy and curious about innovation in tech and data. Its an established desk with 8-9 events per year.
  • The role blends research, speaker sourcing, commercial awareness, and content creation
You will have:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
  • Great written skills
  • Relevant degree/diploma qualifications or work experience
  • Journalism, comms, or international relations background
  • Confident speaking with senior leaders and experts
  • Research-driven and curious, with strong written communication skills
  • Commercial mindset – KPI-driven and outcome focused
  • Experience in B2B events, especially in tech/data, is highly regarded
  • Personable, confident on the phone, adaptable, and ready to own the role
