The Opportunity

With the expansion internationally, the product team needs someone who understands vertical product development, working with overseas suppliers and able to manage multiple projects with differing timelines at once.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive global special projects within product development, ensuring innovation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and international suppliers.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across design, merchandising, supply chain, and marketing.
  • Establish and maintain strategic vendor partnerships, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Conduct market and trend analysis to inform product strategies and development.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sourcing and production.
  • Maintain Product Master Data, including data accuracy, pricing,
    descriptions and UOM
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in product development, retail operations or project management or for a retail or FMCG business. 
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, supplier performance evaluation, and market analysis.
  • Prior exposure to working with international suppliers and manufacturers would be advantageous. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel a
    must)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator is highly desired)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skill
