The Position

We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support C-suite leaders (including CEO) of a leading organisation in the professional services sector. This is a critical role, providing high-level administrative and governance support to ensure the executive office runs efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be organised, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a dynamic executive team, enabling strategic outcomes while managing the day-to-day flow of executive operations.

This is a permanent full-time position offering a hybrid working environment. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide confidential, responsive, and high-quality executive support to the C-suite leaders.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and schedules, ensuring priorities are well-managed and leaders are prepared.
  • Lead the preparation and quality control of board reports and executive packs in alignment with governance standards.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external board EAs to coordinate meetings, events, and follow-ups.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel in line with business priorities, including itinerary planning and adjustments.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions for executive meetings, leadership sessions, and offsite events.
  • Act as the main point of contact for executive-related queries, exercising sound judgment and discretion at all times.

Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience at C-suite level, and experience supporting governance and Board processes.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
